Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 18 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
